FSM is a field service management application that works in coordination with the ServiceNow application, designed exclusively for Tata Communications employees. With FSM, you can change the way you manage field operations, track field engineer location, monitor mobile health, and ensure compliance with mandatory security checks through the app. You can create tickets, assign them to other field engineers, take pictures of faults, locate faults, monitor your path and distance traveled, create PM compliance reports, and fill OHS checklists.

The application sends the real-time location of field engineers to their team lead, which can be viewed on the web dashboard. FSM also allows users to work offline, and the data stored offline gets transferred to the server as soon as the mobile gets network connectivity.
